Irwin Scarpetti was a member of the Order of Anarchy and is one of the students of Yao Long.

Yo-Kwan Do
Scarpetti was the first person chosen for the Order of Anarchy and was given his own yo-yo. He had a high degree proficiency in using it and trained more later on. When Yao Long corrupted him with dark energy, he gained a scorpion tail, which he could use to attack his opponents with.
